STRUCTURED MENTORSHIP

A six-week program designed to develop self-awareness, confidence, goal-setting, communication, reflection, and time-management skills through the lens of sport and personal development. Utilizing the the Myers-Briggs Personality Test, Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence Framework and integrating both on psychological theory and Brené Brown's work on courage and connection, mentees gain a deeper understanding of themselves while building confidence, strengthening relationships, and developing skills that extend well beyond sport.
